Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.✅ Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.✅ Optimize and manage Tech365’s website for improved traffic, lead generation, and conversion.✅ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and audience needs.✅ Collaborate with designers, content creators, and instructors to develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media graphics.✅ Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools.✅ Manage and grow Tech365’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.✅ Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.✅ Build and nurture relationships with potential students, partners, and influencers in the tech education space.✅ Stay updated with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and emerging technologies to improve our strategies. Requirements 🔹 Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech or tech training industry.🔹 Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing.🔹 Ability to create engaging content and work with designers and video editors to execute marketing campaigns.🔹 Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, HubSpot).🔹 Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM software.🔹 Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies, conversion optimization, and lead generation.🔹 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.🔹 Passion for technology, education, and digital innovation.
